Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before shopping with LuxeCollectables. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About LuxeCollectables

LuxeCollectables specialises in used and new, original and fully tested luxury watches and fine jewellery. Our collection includes high-end timepieces, gold and diamond jewellery, and selected collectible pieces.

We have been selling to clients in the United Arab Emirates for over 7 years, and we are now expanding to serve collectors worldwide with carefully curated stock, honest descriptions, and controlled pricing.

2. Products, Authenticity & Condition

All items listed on LuxeCollectables are described to the best of our knowledge, including brand, reference, materials, approximate year of production, and condition.

  • We only offer original and authentic items.
  • Every piece is inspected and tested before listing and prior to dispatch.
  • Condition descriptions (e.g. “very good”, “excellent”, “unworn”) are an honest opinion, but minor variations in perception may occur.
  • For used items, signs of previous wear may be present and are part of the item’s character.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and specifications carefully before placing an order. Contact us if you require additional pictures or information.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in USD and may be shown in additional currencies for your convenience. Any non-USD prices are approximate and based on indicative FX rates.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
  • Obvious pricing errors may result in an order being cancelled and fully refunded (if funds have already been received).
  • Local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility.

4. Crypto-Only Payments

LuxeCollectables accepts payments exclusively in cryptocurrency. We do this for several reasons:

  • We ship to clients worldwide, and traditional card processors often block or delay high-value, cross-border watch and jewellery transactions.
  • Chargebacks, regional restrictions, and inconsistent bank approvals make many card and bank payments unreliable for global luxury shipping.
  • Some of our pieces are extremely high-value, and in many cases, settlement can realistically only be completed securely and efficiently via crypto.

You may be able to pay using major coins or stablecoins (for example BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC or similar) on supported networks, as shown on our checkout and payment instructions. You remain responsible for sending payments to the correct address and network.

Crypto transactions are final. Once we receive a payment in our wallet, it is considered irreversible on the blockchain. Refunds, when applicable under our returns policy, are processed as a separate crypto transfer (see Section 7).

5. Orders & Worldwide Shipping

After your crypto payment is received and confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order. We use trusted shipping partners for insured, trackable delivery.

  • Typical delivery time is approximately 3–15 days, depending on your location, courier performance, and customs clearance.
  • We will provide a tracking reference where available, or give regular status updates via our support channels.
  • Any customs checks, local delays, or additional requirements imposed by authorities are outside our control.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.

While we always aim to meet the indicated timeframe, the 3–15 day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

6. Inspection on Delivery

You must carefully inspect your order upon delivery and before wearing, sizing, or modifying the item.

  • Check that the watch or jewellery matches the description, photos, and reference details.
  • Report visible shipping damage or obvious discrepancies to us as soon as possible, ideally within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Keep all packaging, documents, and accessories (box, papers, tags, links, certificates, etc.) intact while you are checking the item.

7. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for most orders. This 7-day period starts from the day your order is marked as delivered by the courier.

You may request a return when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned in the same condition as delivered – unworn outside of initial fitting, unmodified, and without new damage or marks.
  • All original accessories, links, straps, boxes, booklets, and documents are included.
  • Any protective stickers or seals are still in place (if applicable).
  • Your return request is made within 7 calendar days of the courier’s delivery scan.

Return shipping must use a trackable, insured method approved by us. Unless we clearly made a mistake in the listing or shipped the wrong item, return shipping and any related fees are your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will usually be processed via crypto. We will send back the equivalent amount in cryptocurrency, minus:

  • Any network / gas fees required to send the refund.
  • Any losses caused by extreme market movements if the return is significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeline.

8. No Financial Advice & Price Volatility

We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile, and the value of your payment may move between the time you send it and the time it confirms.

All conversions between crypto and fiat (USD or other currencies) are handled based on fair-market rates available to us at the time of pricing, settlement, and (where relevant) refunds.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • To ensure your shipping and contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • To send crypto payments to the correct wallet address and network as indicated on our instructions.
  • To comply with local laws regarding the import, ownership, and resale of luxury watches and jewellery.
  • To keep proof of payment and order ID for any support or tracking request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeCollectables is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunity, or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific transaction is limited to the net amount you paid for the item in question (excluding taxes, duties, and third-party fees).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will generally apply to that order, unless we are required by law to apply changes sooner.
